Monday - Coffee While you Shop!
- PCEA is bringing in a coffee truck to deliver drinks to teachers and staff
- Students - give you teachers and staff a hug or a high five today!
Tuesday - Cafe Day!
- We're filling the lounge with a full cafe of snacks and treats!
- Students - Bring your teacher a treat or snack today or sign up on the Sign Up Genius to Stock the Lounge
Wednesday - Floral Department Now Open!
- Teachers and staff will be filling vases with beautiful bouquets of flowers
- Students - bring a stem to contribute to your teacher's bouquet - these can be store bought or cut fresh from your garden!
Thursday - Employee's of the Month
- lunch will be catered for all staff in the longe, courtesy of PCEA
- Students - write a note of appreciation for your teacher and other staff members. Or download our printable notes and sign your name to hand out these sweet compliment cards to your fave teachers and staff all day!
Friday - Target Rewards!!
- teachers will enjoy a dirty soda bar in the lounge courtesy of PCEA
- Students - wear red or PCE spirit wear to show that we are all a part of the "PCE Target Team" together!

Annual Fundraisers
Fun Run
We work together with Boosterthon to plan and coordinate our annual fun run which takes place in September. Students fundraise for school needs that include technology and upgraded playground equipment.
Daddy Daughter Dance
The daddy daughter dance is our annual event in February. Every year is a different theme and we work together with volunteers to organize the event and help to ensure it is an unforgettable event for all. The money raised is used to put on the following year's dance as well as support our fundraising efforts.
Mom & Son Event

We have hosted a mother and son event every year and it is always a beloved event! For 2026, our plans will be changing and instead of our pizza and painting event, we will be hosting a different type of event on Saturday April 18th, 2026. Please keep an eye out for details to come very soon!

Our monthly restaurant nights are a great way to support our school while enjoying a night off from cooking! We can earn anywhere from 15-50% back from the partnering restaurants. These dates will be published on our calendar and promoted on our social media websites. Make sure you are following us on Facebook or Instagram so you don't miss out!

King Soopers has updated their community rewards program so now it’s effortless! Each time you use your rewards card, our school gets money back! It takes 5 minutes to set up and then you never have to think about it again!
- Go to kingsoopers.com and log into your account. If you don’t already have a rewards account, you’ll need to create one. You can pick up a card at any King Soopers location.
- From the Main Menu, click on “Save” and then “King Soopers Community Rewards”.
- Click “Enroll Now” and either type in “IQ240” or search Prairie Crossing Educational Alliance.
- Click “Enroll”. You should immediately see a message that it was successful.

For the past 2 years, we have worked hard with our community to provide an online auction full of incredible donations, gift baskets and teacher experiences. Bidding is open to anyone in our community, family and friends and is a great way to support PCE and get some amazing items for your family to enjoy!

Every fall the PCEA hosts an event for some one-on-one time with Moms. Students and their moms are invited to join us for donuts and coffee before school.

We love spoiling our teachers and staff and we do just that during teacher appreciation week. The money we raise from our fundraising events helps us spoil them with coffee carts, nice lunches, flowers and so much more. During this week we ask students and families to participate with weekly activities from giving a high five or drawing a special picture for their teachers.
